This would be “frozen fog”. And that would be the airport runway across the field.
It’s supposed to start raining soon though. Lovely: 28° F and raining.

in December 29th, 2009 @ 17:04Ick! It’s cold here but not THAT cold. Although they are calling for possible snow this weekend! That should send all the Southerners to the store to buy out bread, milk, and batteries.
